I hired Rob to inspect a new build I was purchasing. He discovered issues that were unexpected in a new construction. His information saved me a lot of time and money. He is very professional and he produces a very detailed and useful report within the day. I would recommend Rob without hesitation.

Rob is a class act!From initially talking to him on the phone to set up and inspection date, to the conclusion of the review, Rob makes you feel included and important. He's open to questions and is approachable on all fronts. The inspection is thorough and comprehensive as is the review afterwards. A home inspection is always a good idea and one done by Rob is a great idea!

Rob was able to schedule our inspection in a very timely manner. He was extremely thorough and reviewed and showed us all items onsite immediately following the inspection. As well, he followed up with an excellent well-detailed report (the same day) and sent us emails a day or two later to ensure that we had all the information we needed and that all of our questions had been answered. We highly recommend his services.

Rob was very thorough throughout the entire inspection and was happy to take time to answer any questions I had and double check areas I wanted to take a second look at. The entire process was smooth and Rob was very professional and friendly. The report was very detailed with multiple high resolution photos of areas of concern or in need of improvement. I feel confident in the inspection report and since I was on site and saw Rob work methodically and carefully while explaining what he was doing and why, I can only give my highest recommendation of his services.

Rob is very professional and very thorough with his inspection. He provides a detailed report that is laid out in an easy to navigate format with pictures of issues he has identified included. I would recommend Rob to others looking for a home inspection, especially to CAF members or nurses, who are amongst some of the groups Rob provides a discount for. It was greatly appreciated.

I have had several home inspections done in the past and Robert was the most thorough.We were thinking of putting our house on the market and wanted to be proactive. If you have ever bought a home, you know that it can be a wonderfully exciting, nervewracking, thrilling, terrifying, exhausting and exhilarating experience! Amplify all of that by doing it from another province. We hesitated about having a home inspection done, but our realtor suggested we call and have a conversation with a couple of the inspectors, to help us feel comfortable with our decision, or the inspector ~ if we changed our minds.We are very happy that Rob was one of the inspectors we called. From the very first conversation he was very open, explaining exactly what we could expect from him. I think he undersold himself.We met Rob at the house just as he was finishing his inspection and he walked us through the property explaining what he saw. He was very patient and generous with his time and knowledge; answering our questions as much as he was able, and putting everything into perspective. He never spoke over our knowledge levels, never left us feeling like we were asking silly questions, or left us unsure about what he was explaining. Afterward, he provided us with a very complete report that combined photos with explanations. We feel like we have received a very good, impartial perspective into the house, and we know what we are buying. The report will serve as a 'to do' list with great advice about how to best approach it.To say we are pleased would be an understatement. If you are hesitating about having a home inspection completed... don't. We highly recommend Rob if you want it Dunn Right ... he does!!! 👌
